CAPS Support

CAPS currently uses an internal support system. This is the standard for requesting support or services from the CAPS system administration team.

You can open a support request two ways:

  • (Preferred) Send an e-mail to with your request and as much relevant information as you can
  • Go to the support site at, logon with your username and password, and submit a request from the web interface

If you would like to see the status of your request and keep track of the progress you can logon to the support system at using your username and password. If you don’t know your username and password send an e-mail to and we will work with you on getting it ready.
