The work of the Traffic Safety Data lab promotes traffic safety research and data analysis at the University of Alabama through presentations, scholarly publications, and collaborations with other academic institutions. The lab also aims to provide unique expertise in traffic safety, information technology, and research to assist governmental agencies, non-profits, and consortiums at the state, regional, national, and international levels.
