CAPS provides outreach services both to train users on the systems we have developed and to demonstrate the application of our research results. These services to state and federal agencies have expanded dramatically over the past decade.
Training is offered for CAPS-developed products to entities and professionals. Our most popular trainings are for CARE, ADVANCE and eCite for law enforcement and traffic safety professionals.
State and federal programs utilize CAPS expertise, software and data to positively impact the public. Some programs call for CAPS to play a managerial role, such as Alabama Click It or Ticket, while CAPS provides evaluations and countermeasures for others like the Commercial Motor Vehicle Ticketing of Aggressive Cars and Trucks (TACT) program. Still others will employ both our research and marketing capabilities.
Many of the software products, websites, and mobile apps we develop are public-facing. It is only natural that a campaign to promote these products is necessary for informing the public that these products and resources exist. We are dedicated to providing our sponsors with full-scale, customized campaigns from branding to media buying.
Our proprietary software is used to analyze data, mine information and identify problems in order to produce annual reports for the public such as the Crash Facts Book.
